I don't see any violations with your post or link.
Be careful of your phrasing though... I could see someone inferring
nefarious intentions in what could be taken as DIRECTED sexual or
obsessive / possessive, stalkerish overtones from the use of
phrasing like "hook up" -- even if that wasn't your intention.
That's obviously not the type of atmosphere we want here. Just some
food for thought when wording posts. And don't sweat it - some of
the things I've posted here over the years read creepy at first
too. We're all human... unfortunately. :-)

Gotcha cj
The woeful lack of resources for people desirous of seeing
themselves 'morphed-shopped' etc.- along with the mostly poor
results attained from the available resources finds me occasionally
thinking about monetizing my photoshop skills.
However this is unlikely to ever happen because I can envision no
way of doing it without violating copyright law. And were there a
legal way around that aspect then you'd be dealing with the
inevitable unrealistic expectations (few people in this world look
like seth atwell) as well as unsuitable requests -I'm not a prude
but it would be portrait only.
I'd bet dollars' to doughnuts' the headaches would outweigh the $$.
I wish I could 'hook up' with the many who would pay for such a
thing but the whole idea will likely never amount to anything more
than whimsy.

"... finds me occasionally thinking about monetizing my photoshop

Plastic Surgery. You get all the ugly duckling photos you want (or
take)... and part of the client's fee will cover popping for
one-use rights to a specific copyrighted image (if needed). You and
the client can play with the manipulation, until they are
satisfied. Then print a few images (or drop them on a thumb-drive)
for the doctor to view the client's wishes. After you still the
photos and can otherwise "play" (obviously not with the client's
picture - ethically and legally wrong to do). Then advance your
career options from there.
I dunno. It's just a suggestion of something you could look into.
