I'm looking for more content involving the altering of reality where one person does the altering and everyone else is completely unaware of the changes that have been made, believing them to be completely normal.

Thou unintentional by the antagonist, Misfile is basically that. There's debate on whether it is or whether it's a memory wipe to think it's a gender swap.

Take a Lemon, a story, has a similar theme.

I actually find it a little more believable of a story and more of a 'fish out of water' story when no one else in the world thinks there's something wrong.

There are many good stories, one of my favorites and the first that comes to mind is Unreal, by ATB, over at Fictionmania. It's very well written; I'd say professionally so.

Tseudo Nym's stories also use this concept and are loads of fun. I'd also say that they're my favorite, but in a more perverse, lighthearted way.

I love transformations where reality changes and only one or a few people is aware of the difference. One of my favorite types of TG stories is the type where reality is altered such that a character was born as the opposite sex and everyone else in the world thinks it's normal. It's a regular trope in TG fiction, but I wish it were more common in mainstream media. I can only think of a handful of mainstream stuff like this.
