Hi guys.
Anyone know any movie/anime/manga/comic/clip about a m2f where the
guy get to transplant his brain or transfer soul into a female
body? Can be either a cycborg or human. If possible in a Sci-fi
setting.
Example that I know is
1. ghost in a shell stand-alone complex
2. Surrogates (not really transplant but sci-fi)

I believe the 1994 movie "Synapse" focused on exactly this.

Quite a few of the Horror flicks that involve TG seem to have a
soul moving to or possessing the body of another. "Ferryman", "Red
Mist", "Shocker", etc.
"Inmu 2 - Flesh Dreams Episode 2 Third Night: The Shadow Card" is
Anime, but it is a TG TF, not a swap or transplant or possession.
"Xchange" alludes to this being done, but does not include it in
the story.
"Frankenstein Created Woman"
"Tammy and the T-Rex" almost had this... almost.
"Day Watch" had a swap that lingered. Not quite what you're looking
for, but I think you'd enjoy it.
"Trancers" and "Trancers 2" have a minor play of this, but
"Trancers 6" is built on this character. But it is only temporary
in all three.
"Strange Days" had a short clip that allowed a man to experience
recorded memories of a young woman taking a shower.
"Pretty Cool" allowed a man to 'control' a woman's body using a
headband / device.
"Gamer" - set in the future, where video games used real people as
the characters.
The television series "Stargate Universe" included some soul
swapping communications stones, I can't remember if it had any TG,
but being a television show - I doubt they would have focused on
the TG aspect much.

You will never find a copy of Strange Days that includes that
shower scene. The censors ripped it out before it was ever released
- something about the actress being underage I think or just the
implication that she was.
