I think it's a clip from the French-Canadian tv series "Les
Argnautes". I have no idea which episode it is in though. The woman
is played by Marie-Laurence Moreau.

If I may ask, how did you create that last embed link which allowed
me to see it? I'm trying to find more freezes in other episodes but
I can't see them.

By changing the code in the second link I managed to watch more
random episodes. Found a SW too but unfortunately it's a kid. There
are too many episodes so by searching randomly it's impossible to
find what you are looking. How do soneone find the code for the
episode?
