There is a Powerpuff Girls Episode where the girls go into the
mayor's dream to help him, and when they got there, they find that
everybody who lives there have his head, a la Being John
Malkovich(when Malkovich enters into his portal himself).
There is some interesting scenes, especially the part where two
teenager girls are talking while having nice bodies and female teen
voices but having the mayor's head. Sadly, the one we would love
the most to see in his dream sporting his head(Miss Bellum) doesn't
do this.
The name of this episode is "Night Mayor", if I'm not wrong.

I've been trying to find the episode of Tiny Toon Adventures called
"Night Ghoulery" and there was an unmask of the stewardess, and
when she pulled off her mask, there was the little character's head
on the female body, I just can't seem to find it anywhere. If
anyone has it and can post it, it would much appreciated

I know there was an old scene on the show Freddies Nightmares
it was a scene when they were going to/coming back from commercial.
You see a woman from the back, and Freddy is talking. Saying stuff
like "Hey babe, what you doin out alone?"
And then she turns around...and its freddie!
He then says a corny line like "I love love games"
