hmm, Well I can give you a unique idea in regards to what you've
done. Maybe try a bodyswap? and the girl could be a pregnant woman?
It could be something like she's a friend of yours and she's tired
of being pregnant and you switch bodies. Or rather, it could even
be a significant others of yours. Whichever one you feel like would
look better :)

Haha i'd rather use the girl in that picture. If i were to use my
girlfriend i'd stress out from seeing her pregnant, that'd be more
of a nightmare than a dream =P
Sure i can give that a go. I've never been pregnant in a dream, so
just a heads up I do not know how it will turn out. It will be
incredibly easy for my subconscious to warp that into something
horrible, i'll try to keep it in check. Do you want it to be an
instant swap, or slow swap like using the medallion of zulo or
such?

How about transforming into a hot version of your girlfriend.
For example, imagine natalie portman:

I'll leave most of it up to your imagination, but I guess you're a
superpowered spy with shapeshifting as one of his many abilities.
At one point he chooses to disguise himself as a swimmer who looks

you want me to transform (slow, body swap, possession, etc.)? and
