Definitely, LouisLouise is on Viki.
I found the stream rather slow, perhaps because the resolution
appears to be higher than normal. One needs to let the stream be
buffered first to watch it (on my old equipment, at least) without
annoying stops. But if one does let it buffer, then one can speed
through the commercials when they come up. Of course none of us are
so low as to actually download these shows using any of the free
programs out there.
And, Guest 2:
Lola of Greece has an official site with 202 chapters offered. Try
this url.
http://www.livemovies.gr/series/lola
They started out Greek customers-only, but it seemed they were
saying there were going to take it international. That was a year
ago. I don't know if they ever did; I can't help being a pessimist
where Lalola is concerned, because I've been frustrated by the
incomprehensible policies of the licensees too many times. Like,
the Greeks are on their knees financially, so why don't they make
nice to the English market?
Hmm, I wonder if one can somehow use a Greek server as an
intermediary for a foreign connection? Maybe, but it would be
beyond this fan to pull off.

Post #22, it sounds like you couldn't find LouisLouise at viki.com.
It's easy. I went looking for the show and found the link in about
30 seconds.
The first episode is at:
http://en.viki.com/channels/1000-the-gender-bender-fun-channel/videos/45181/1
What most people say about this series is true; what I've had time
to watch so far has been super. It has more "heart" than the
average Lalola series. I don't know Dutch, but for some of us it's
easier to pick out words similar to English in Dutch than it is in
Spanish. (But Vietnamese? Forget it!)

Can anyone recommend episodes of the various LaLola incarnations
that deal with the gender change more than the sprouting love
affair between Lola and the Facundo characters? Thanks in advance.

That's a question because most Lalolas deal with the Lalo character
basically giving into his female body and vagina and wanting to be
screwed by his male co-worker. The Lola of Chile focuses on the
gender change. Pim Mala does too. Most of the others focus on the
predictable love story. And can someone explain to me what happens
in Margosha or Maprowa? How do they explain that?
According to the show formula, doesn't the Lalo character make up
the Lola character and tells his co-workers and boss that the Lola
character is a relative of Lalo? Wouldn't that be incest in the
case of Margosha and Lola of Chile? In Lola of Chile, Lalo tries to
marry Peppa.

The typical (and I would say, best) way to develop the Lalola story
is as they did it in Argentina, high-spirited comedy with an honest
love affair at its core. But a small number of versions did it
differently. As Post 25 says, the change aspect is more important
in Chile, since they do not have the Facu-Lola romance plot. But we
should also remember the other major Lalola series that
deliberately did the show without romance. That is Ele-e-Ela. This
had good production values and a good cast. But, for this fan, it
wasn't Lalola done the way we like it. If it doesn't have romance,
which is the best framework on which to hang Lola's full
exploration of the meaning of her womanhood, Lalola really has no
place to go. Ele-e-Ela certainly didn't. I still can't figure out
what they were trying to say.
