There are probably more than a hundred manga in which two people
swap bodies after falling down stairs together...

Your and My Secret is pretty good, but after a point I just want
the guy's self in the so-cute girl body to just give in and enjoy
it... I've read the first four.

You can also use

big problem I find is that gender bender pretty much always gets
lumped with crossdressing and it makes it a huge pain to find new
stuff. There is some body swap stuff I have found but it really is
a rarity (most are just small one shots, and others are just simply
not so great).
However since it's a huge list, the only one at the top of my head
not mentioned yet is this one:

However it's pretty short. Your and my secret (barbaric girlfriend)
is pretty good but I don't like how the male character became by
the end of it. That's just me though, it's still good and pretty
