Translated the synopsis (mostly). Here are some highlights.
Julio wakes up and is frustrated to still be in a woman's body.
Simone encourages him to get out of bed and go with her to the gym.
The men laugh when Juliet tries to lift the same 50Kg which was
used up when she was Julio. Juliet enters the male changing rooms
where some naked men look at her strangely. Simone finds Juliet
appears before she starts to undress and take her to the female
spa. Juliet smiles to see so many naked women around her and is
shocked by the conversations she hears about men.
Juliet panicked to get her pants all stained with blood of
menstruation, but refuses to buy a tampon and calls Simone and
gives her the idea to use a sanitary towel.
In the evening, sees Juliet at the model that you Gonçalo
had left their request and decides to go to his house to thank him.
Note that it is time to switch back the toilet and I panicked for
not having any more. Embarrassed, Gonçalo do not tell what
is happening and is locked in the bathroom not knowing what to do.
Turns out to be Olivia, the daughter of Gonzalo that the help and
gives her a tampon. Again, Juliet thinks that despite his body
being a woman, her head is still that of the man refused to use a
tampon, pouring it down the toilet.
Juliet receives a DVD of Ana Silva, who announced that Julio could
get the woman's body forever.
Juliet finds out that Olivia has lice and takes the child with the
hairdresser. The two end up doing the same haircut.
Threatening, Rogerio tells Juliet that it was he who left the note
in the car and wants to kill Julio stuck because he slept with his
wife. Juliet is not intimidated by the threat and Ronaldo tries to
kiss her, praising her beauty. Julieto fights off Ronaldo and he
begins to cry and eventually vent that has never had another woman
in his life beyond that Julio had stolen. Juliet invites you for a
drink and convinces him to overcome the betrayal of the woman and
take her back.

A few new images from episode 3 are up on the official site. The
synopsis is up. Last time I had to hand type the translation and
then an hour later the fan site made it available to copy and
paste. I think I'll wait for that to happen today. Benedita Pereira
is surprising me with her performance. She's funny, but not as over
the top as the Spanish Lalol. And she has a few dramatic moments
that aren't as serious as Margosha. I know it's the same damn story
retold over and over, but I still like all the different
interpretations. I'm also surprised that nobody has ever thought to
shoot a scene at a gym or locker room until now. It's the social
differences between men & women that I like to watch the
protagonist suffer through. I'm also still waiting for a movie/show
where the new woman falls into the toilet. All my girlfriends tell
me its a humiliation they'd like to see a guy endure.

Looks like ratings were pretty good for the first episode. It won
it's timeslot and was the 2nd highest show of the night in
Portugal. It was seen by 1,118,900 viewers. “Ele e Ela” was seen
by a mostly female audience (64%), and an audience of more than 55
years (40%). I still think a version of this will eventually make it to US cable
on Lifetime or another network with a large female audience.

Just translated the 3rd episode. They're really doing their own
thing. It looks like Juliet gets a yeast or urinary track infection
and has to go to the gyno. She tries to convince her Father that
she's Julio. She gets harrassed in a bar and Gonçalo (the
photographer) protects her.

Well I for one enjoyed Part 2 even though I don't understand
Portuguese. Fortunately with the synopsis posted and through Google Translate,
it is not that hard to follow what is going on.
One of the things I liked about the episode was when Julio had to
change out of his pants due to an accident, and then had to snag a
skirt from the models area.
It was a traditional Latin tight skirt with big ruffles below the
knees that move everytime you step.
I had wondered why the other Lalola's did not use this more. Since
they are at a Fashion men's magazine, I wondered why they didn't
force the woman into some sexier clothing sooner.
Once in the skirt, there were only a couple of shots of it, so they
didn't play it up too much. However, Two coworkers commented before
Julio gets into the elevator, and another turns his head and checks
it out after Julio returns to the office.
Not sure why they didn't have at least one shot of Julio walking or
standing in it. They should have since they were talking about it.

Yeah, that's really weird how they keep looking at the skirt and
talking about it but never show it.

I like how she is having problem with the female body. She can't
walk in there shoes and can't do a lot of things she is accustom to
do. People treating her differently and all of that. This is a good
series of the lalola series.

I likde everything you guys commented on +
How she plays with her bra.
The bathroom mix ups and having to sit to pee. I'm not a pee
fetishist but that situation would be a major adjustment and I'm
glad to see it was at least acknowledged.
Laying in bed depressed over her situation.
How being drunk and friendly with her old friend now has a
different connotation.
Going to the gym and not being able to lift what she use to.
Almost changing in the mens room.
The onset of the period. The cramps. Usually in Lalola she just
kinda gets it though they show the cravings.
The sexual harrassment she's getting that she use to dish out. Even
the cop staring at her butt. I imagine her old friend said
something really embarrassing when they're talking through the
mirror cause she makes a really sour face.
I'd like to know what Simone and Juliete say during their little
conversations. And what was said in the locker room and the shoe
store.
