Anyone remember something where animals like large horses, tigers or other animals are shrunk to tiny size?

There's a very brief shot of caged camels and elephants (I think) shrunk down to about six inches in height in THE AMAZING COLOSSAL MAN. The government researchers had discovered a way to cause this reduction and were going to use it to return Col. Glen Manning (the Colossal Man) to normal, but he went mad before they could do so. I remember an old 1936 film called "The Devil Doll" with a scientist who shrank a horse down to about 8". He was able to freeze it so it appeared like a doll, but could release it so it could run around free as well.

And I have vague memories of a similar film that had a mad scientist with a whole menagerie of shrunken critters like elephants and lions and such, but can't for the life of me remember what it was.

There was a Green Lantern story in an issue of the Flash (# 243, I believe) where alien invaders were trying to devastate the Earth by shrinking all the animals, like elephants and lions, to insect-size and turning all insects into giants.

It occurs to me there were some shrunken animals in "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow"

There was a British Comic strip called "The Steel Claw" with a secret agent who was miniaturised by a mad scientist. The scientist used a ray to shrink the populations of vilages, towns and cities. Everything organic, all people and animals were shrunk, eveything else stayed normal. This comic strip was published in the 1970's.

The classic Dr Cyclops features shrunken animals.
I think you see one horse shrunk down to the size of a cat.
The heroes puzzle when they find tiny bones that look like they should be from much bigger animals.
...until they go into Dr Cyclops' radiation machine too... BZZZZT!

Castaways in Lilliput by Henry Winterfield has three kids wash up on Lilliput. There is a few scenes. I know some monkeys crawl up the girls hair. A lion escapes and is put in a pith helmet.

Weren't there armies of miniature cowboys and indians, and horses, led by Luke Wilson, in Night at the Museum??
I guess they hadn't exactly been shrunk, they had always been small figurines.
