Episode 13 (Total Eclipse of the Heart) = Katherine pretends to be Elena the entire episode
Episode 14 (No Exit) = Katherine tries to seduce Stefan as Elena.
Episode 15 (Gone Girl) = The scooby gang figures out it's not Elena and is able to remove Katherine from her body and reinstate Elena.
